1. Everything lands in one place

Fax, email and SMS arrive in a single queue instead of three. Nothing is dropped, deduplicated away, or hidden — the full intake is always visible.

  2. Each message is classified

Allayr reads the message and assigns it a type and an urgency tier. It works from what the message says and who sent it — never from a patient’s medical history, and never as a clinical assessment.

  3. The reasoning is attached

Alongside the classification, you get the plain-language basis for it and how confident the system is. Low confidence is shown as low confidence rather than smoothed over.

  4. A destination is suggested

Based on how your clinic is set up, Allayr proposes where the message should go — a person, a role, or a queue.

  5. A person decides

Nothing is sent, filed, or actioned on its own. Staff approve, override, or reassign, and every one of those decisions is written to the audit trail.

Three tiers, one color language.

The same dot that marks urgency in the queue means the same thing everywhere in the product — in the list, on the message, and in the audit log. Colour is never the only signal: every tier carries its label alongside it.

Open the classification.

Every message carries the reasoning behind its tier and the signals that drove it. If you disagree, you change it — and your change is recorded, not silently absorbed.

Every decision leaves a trail.

Who saw a message, what Allayr suggested, what the person chose, and when. The record is append-only — corrections are added as new entries rather than overwriting what happened.
