These terms cover your use of allayr.com, this website. They are not a product agreement. If your clinic starts using the Allayr product, that will be governed by a separate written agreement between us.

Using this site

You’re welcome to read, link to and share anything here. Please don’t attempt to disrupt the site, access parts of it you haven’t been given access to, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people. Good-faith security research is welcome — see oursecurity page for how to report something.

Information on this site is not advice

Everything here is general information about a product under development. It is not medical, legal, privacy or compliance advice, and it isn’t a substitute for professional judgement. Allayr does not diagnose, provide medical advice, or perform clinical triage, and it is not a licensed medical device. It classifies, prioritizes and routes messages, and a person approves every action.

Forward-looking statements

Allayr is pre-launch. Descriptions of features, availability, pricing and timing reflect our current intentions and may change. Nothing on this site is a commitment to deliver a particular feature by a particular date, and nothing here forms a contract.

Email signup

Giving us your email address means we may write to you about Allayr. It does not enrol you in anything, doesn’t guarantee a place in the Inner Circle, and doesn’t create any obligation on either side. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send. How we handle your address is set out in our privacy policy.

Our content

The text, design, and product screenshots on this site belong to Allayr. Quote us, link to us, and write about us freely. Please don’t republish substantial portions as your own or use our name or branding in a way that suggests we endorse something we don’t.

Geist, the typeface used on this site, is licensed under the SIL Open Font License and belongs to its authors.

No warranty, and limits on liability

This website is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available but don’t warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means the updated terms apply.
